ตอนนี้ทางวงกำลังรวบรวมวัตถุดิบสำหรับชุดใหม่ เพื่อเตรียมตัวเข้าสตูดิโอในเดือนมีนาคม 2009 นี้ ทางวงยังจะใช้บริการห้องอัดเจ้าเดิมคือ สตูดิโอของ DayOne Records ซึ่งเป็นค่ายของทางวงเอง
        เหตุผลที่วงไม่ยอมอัดเสียงในกรุงเทพฯเป็นเพราะว่า อย่างแรกคือ มาตรฐานของตัวห้องอัดเองหรือตัวบุคคลากร ที่ DayOne มีให้พร้อมสรรพอยู่แล้ว ส่วนอีกเหตุผลคือ ความสงบเงียบของเชียงใหม่ ที่ทำให้เรามีสมาธิที่ดี จนถึงสามารถทำให้คิดค้นสิ่งใหม่ๆในระหว่างการอัดเสียงได้ตลอดเวลา ส่วนเหตุผลสุดท้าย จะได้ปาร์ตี้กับชาว DayOne ให้หายคิดถึงหน่อย (อันนี้ส่วนตัว ฮ่าๆๆ)
        ส่วนสมาชิก LINE-UPS ในชุดนี้จะมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงจากชุดแรกนิดหน่อย อย่างที่บางคนที่เคยไปดูเราเล่นสดในครั้งหลังๆคงพอจะทราบกันอยู่แล้ว คือ เราได้สมาชิกใหม่มาทดแทนและเพิ่มสองคน แถมทางเราอาจจะมีการเชิญแขกพิเศษมาเซอร์ไพรส์ในการแจมเพลง IN VEIN ในชุดนี้อีกด้วย

         IN VEIN's gathering all the raw materials for the second upcoming Studio album. Which will take place at the DayOne Records Studio(Chiangmai), March 2009. 
        There're some minor changes in the line-ups, as some of you might have noticed. Some people who had been to our shows recently might be awared of this already. We've added another guitarist (who has been our friend & fan since the beginning) from The Eccentric Toilet band. Another change of the line-ups, we've got Augustus, the ex-drummer from Cardaver Not Talk (who cannot stop beating on the drumsets, and we don't know why?). This is the best and perfect line- ups the band has ever gotten. So, we can't wait to get into the studio, and create another freshiest and brutalest sound for us and everyone who has been our supports along the way.
